Shining Light on Shadows: A Candid Conversation About Mental Health

Neil Parekh and Dawn Helmrich will be hosting a "candid conversation" about mental health twice a month. Episodes will be live on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and this website.

We'll start off with blog posts teeing up our conversation. Neil and Dawn will share their experiences with anxiety, depression, PTSD and more in the first episode (Thursday, February 8th at 7pm ET / 6pm CT).

After that, they'll invite people to join the show to share their own challenges with mental health or their perspectives as therapists and advocates. The show is produced by Digimentors pro bono.
